CRM as well as outsource services. These options allow outsourcing
of Information Technology positions for MBS CRM installations where
the entire customized solution is maintained. Support Agreement
offerings include CRM upgrading as it occurs, security alerts, patch
maintenance, down system support and many other support functions.
