Configuration/Customization

  1. Requirements phase – gather the clients business processes, user stories/scenarios, attribute/field details etc.
  2. Conduct Gap Analysis – identify fit gaps, requirements that can be mapped out of the box and those which need customization.
  3. Design Phase – provide walkthroughs of the UI mockups with business users and take their feedback.
  4. Configuration/Customization – Configure the OOB requirements and implement the customizations.
  5. Data migration
  6. SIT – test the business processes, user stories and scenarios implemented with test cases.
  7. Training/UAT – user acceptance testing.
  8. Deployment and “Go Live”
  9. Maintenance and Support
