My Calendar lives inside Dynamics 365 and shows your CRM activities (phone calls, emails, tasks, appointments) – not your Outlook meetings. Use Outlook for personal scheduling, My Calendar for CRM activity management. They complement each other.
What's the difference between My Calendar and Group Calendar?
