Where CRM Picture handles photo capture reliably and affordably, Pro adds everything teams need when photo capture alone isn't enough: a structured gallery for photos and videos together, an in-app preview panel with SharePoint access, an annotation editor that saves marked-up copies alongside originals, SharePoint-backed storage to avoid Dataverse bloat, and AI tagging on the roadmap that will make every uploaded image searchable without manual input. Built for field service, inspections, claims, and any workflow where visual evidence needs to be organised, annotated, and AI-ready.

Mobile Photo Capture
Users capture photos directly from the Dynamics 365 mobile app on iOS and Android. Field technicians document work without switching apps — the photo is attached to the record the moment it is taken.
Offline-First, Auto-Sync
CRM Picture is built for field conditions. Photos captured with no internet connectivity are queued locally and synced automatically when connectivity returns. Teams in remote sites, basements, and low-signal areas keep working without interruption.
Webcam Capture
For back-office teams, desktop webcam capture supports documentation workflows — visitor sign-ins, product condition photos, evidence capture — directly from the browser inside Dynamics 365.

Multi-Media Gallery

In-App Preview with SharePoint Access
The preview panel shows the image or video alongside metadata: file size, media type, capture timestamp, and attachment ID. From the preview panel, users can also open the file directly in SharePoint with a single click, making it easy to share with stakeholders outside the CRM.
Image Annotation
Users can open any image from the gallery or preview panel, mark it up using shape tools, text, and colour highlights, and save the edited version as a new copy — while preserving the original untouched. The annotated copy is saved alongside the original in the gallery and pushed to SharePoint automatically.
SharePoint Integration
Instead of storing heavy image and video files inside Dataverse, CRM Picture Pro pushes media to SharePoint. The SharePoint URL is stored against the CRM record, so the file remains accessible and contextually linked without consuming Dataverse storage quota.
Video Capture
CRM Picture Pro extends the existing photo capture capability to video. Users can record short videos directly from their device camera against any Dynamics 365 record, and the video is uploaded to SharePoint and displayed in the gallery alongside photos.
